Tumalo Sisters came to me seeking a whimsical, memorable brand identity to capture their new life on a farm. I opted to stack the animals as they rode in the back of a refurbished truck to create some humor. Due to the complexity of the logo (which works well on tote bags, hats and tees), I also created a simplified logo for use on social media.
My favorite part of any project, is sitting down with pencil and paper to sketch.
This is when I can really catch the personality of my subject and experiment with various drawing styles before moving on to the computer.
